    This Privacy Policy explains how Wired Different Labs LLC, doing business as Shameless Money ("Shameless Money," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Shameless Money Hub at adhdmoneymap.com, also reachable at blueprints.shamelessmoney.com (the "Service"), including our quizzes, email programs, and the ADHD.MoneyMap experience, formerly sold as the Unbudget Blueprint.

    By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    Our main website at shamelessmoney.com is a separate surface where some purchases and account activity may take place, and it may have its own privacy notice. This policy covers the Shameless Money Hub described above.

    A quick summary

    • We collect the information you give us, such as your email, name, quiz answers, and the financial details you share to create your ADHD.MoneyMap, along with some information collected automatically, such as usage and device data.
    • We use it to run the quizzes, send the emails you signed up for, create and deliver your ADHD.MoneyMap, process payments, support you, and improve the Service.
    • We use trusted service providers to help us, including hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, background job orchestration, document generation, and the artificial intelligence that powers the ADHD.MoneyMap conversation.
    • We do not sell your personal information.
    • You have choices and rights over your data, described below.

    Information we collect

    Information you give us directly:

    • Contact details: your email address, and your first and last name when you provide them.
    • Quiz responses: the answers you select when you take a quiz, and the results generated from them.
    • Blueprint and ADHD.MoneyMap information: the answers you share during the ADHD.MoneyMap conversation. To build a useful ADHD.MoneyMap, this can include personal financial information such as your income, expenses, debts, savings, financial goals, and how you think and feel about money. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
    • Payment information: when you buy a Blueprint or another offer, your payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited details such as confirmation of payment and the email used. We do not collect or store your full card number.
    • Communications and feedback: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.

    Information we collect automatically:

    • Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, browser and device type, and similar technical information, collected through our analytics provider (PostHog).
    • Session replays: PostHog may record a replay of your on-screen activity on our public and marketing pages to help us understand and improve the experience. Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings, and session replay is fully disabled across your paid customer area and the ADHD.MoneyMap conversation, so no recording of those screens is ever created.
    • Cookies and local storage: we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences, including your analytics consent choice. See "Cookies and tracking" below.
    • Approximate location: a general location, such as country or region, inferred from your IP address.

    We do not intentionally collect more sensitive categories of information than what you choose to share with us to create your ADHD.MoneyMap.

    How we use your information

    We use your information to:

    • Provide the quizzes and show your results.
    • Create, generate, and deliver your ADHD.MoneyMap and other Blueprint deliverables.
    • Send the emails you signed up for, including quiz follow-up sequences, and respond to your requests.
    • Process purchases and manage your access and usage entitlements.
    • Provide customer support and communicate with you about the Service.
    • Measure and improve the Service, our content, and the customer experience.
    • Keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and protect our rights.
    • Comply with our legal obligations.

    Manual access to your ADHD.MoneyMap information

    How we treat manual access to your financial information depends on which relationship you have with Shameless Money. We recognize two:

    1. Self-serve ADHD.MoneyMap customers (non-coaching). Your ADHD.MoneyMap is generated automatically by our systems. As a matter of policy, we do not manually review the financial details you share during the ADHD.MoneyMap conversation, the results produced by your ADHD.MoneyMap, or any other financial information generated through the Service. Our admin tools are configured to hide these financial details from staff view for self-serve paid runs by default.

    We will only access this information if:

    • You specifically ask us to, such as when you email support and request that we look at your ADHD.MoneyMap, or when you report a problem that requires us to see the underlying data to diagnose it. When you request manual assistance, this default is suspended for that assistance and resumes when it is complete.
    • We are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, the public, or Shameless Money.

    Internal test accounts owned by Shameless Money staff are exempt from this redaction so we can verify the Service works correctly end to end.

    2. Coaching clients. If you have engaged Shameless Money for 1:1 coaching, reviewing your financial information is part of the coaching service you are paying for. That includes manually reviewing your ADHD.MoneyMap, building or refining it with you, and discussing the numbers during coaching sessions. Your consent to this review is the coaching engagement itself. The same security controls, sub-processors, and data-handling practices described in this policy still apply.

    How the ADHD.MoneyMap uses artificial intelligence

    The ADHD.MoneyMap experience is powered by artificial intelligence. When you chat to build your ADHD.MoneyMap, the messages and answers you provide are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) so they can help generate your personalized ADHD.MoneyMap. We also use another AI provider (Cohere) to match what you share to the most relevant coaching material, and a separate provider (Gamma) to format and produce the final ADHD.MoneyMap document.

    These providers process your information on our behalf to deliver the Service. Under our agreements with them, your information is used to provide the Service to you and is not used to train their general models. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes, so please review your ADHD.MoneyMap and see our Terms of Service for important details about how to use it.

    How we share your information

    We share your information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information.

    Service providers (sub-processors). We share information with trusted companies that help us run the Service, only as needed to provide it:

    • Hosting and database: our application database and authentication are hosted on a managed cloud platform (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase).
    • Payments: Stripe processes payments.
    • Email delivery: Resend delivers our emails.
    • Analytics: PostHog provides usage analytics and session replay.
    • Artificial intelligence: Anthropic and OpenAI power the ADHD.MoneyMap conversation and generation, and Cohere helps match what you share to the most relevant coaching material.
    • Document generation: Gamma formats and produces your ADHD.MoneyMap document, and receives the generated document content to do it.
    • Background job orchestration: Inngest coordinates the multi-step pipeline that builds your ADHD.MoneyMap (queuing, retries, and scheduled steps). So that a run can be retried and resumed without starting over, the results of individual steps are stored with Inngest, and some of those results contain the financial details you shared or text derived from them.
    • Customer relationship management: HubSpot helps us manage customer and purchase records. Responses to our "Find Your Starting Point" quiz are deliberately excluded from HubSpot sync.

    Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, the public, or Shameless Money.

    Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will let you know of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

    With your direction or consent. We share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it.

    Analytics, cookies, and tracking

    We use a single analytics provider, PostHog, to understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. We do not run advertising networks, we do not embed third-party ad or marketing pixels for behavioral targeting, and we do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for advertising purposes.

    What analytics collects. Pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, approximate location inferred from IP address, browser and device type, and a distinct identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be linked into a single session. On our public marketing pages, PostHog may also record a replay of your on-screen activity to help us diagnose usability issues. Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings, and session replay is fully disabled across your paid customer area and the ADHD.MoneyMap conversation, so no recording of those screens is ever created.

    What analytics does not collect. The substance of your ADHD.MoneyMap answers, your financial details, or the contents of your ADHD.MoneyMap deliverable. Those are handled by the Service itself under the practices described elsewhere in this policy, not by analytics.

    Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and local storage to run analytics and to remember your preferences, including your analytics consent choice and your signed-in session.

    Your control over analytics. When you first visit, we show a banner so you can accept or decline analytics. For visitors we identify as being in regions that require prior consent (including the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom), we keep analytics and session replay off until you accept. In other regions, analytics are on by default and you can opt out at any time. You can change your choice whenever you like using the "Manage your privacy choices" control on this page or the "Manage" option in the cookie banner. We also honor recognized opt-out signals where required, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

    Your choices

    • Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at adhdmoneymap.com/unsubscribe. We may still send you important messages about a purchase you made.
    • Analytics and cookies: use the controls described above to opt out.
    • Access and updates: contact us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

    Data retention

    We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information as described in "Your privacy rights."

    How we protect your information

    We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on customer data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Your privacy rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at david@shamelessmoney.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

    For California residents (CCPA and CPRA)

    In the past 12 months we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name and email), customer records (such as contact details), commercial information (such as purchases), internet and device activity (such as usage and analytics data), approximate geolocation, and the financial information you choose to share to create your ADHD.MoneyMap.

    We collect this information for the business purposes described in "How we use your information," and share it with the service providers listed above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    You have the right to:

    • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you.
    • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
    • Request deletion of your personal information.
    • Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. You can still turn off analytics at any time using the "Manage your privacy choices" control on this page.
    • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use the financial information you share only to provide the ADHD.MoneyMap and related Service, which is a permitted purpose.

    You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

    For the EU, EEA, and UK (GDPR)

    If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the following applies.

    Controller. Wired Different Labs LLC is the controller of your personal information for the Service.

    Legal bases. We process your personal information on these bases:

    • Contract: to provide the Service you request, such as creating your ADHD.MoneyMap and managing your purchase.
    • Consent: for analytics and certain communications, where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
    • Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
    • Legal obligation: to comply with the law.

    Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

    International transfers. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

    International visitors

    The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States and other countries that may have data protection laws different from your own.

    Children's privacy

    The Service is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

    Links to other sites

    The Service may link to other websites, including shamelessmoney.com and external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy notices.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
