    These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wired Different Labs LLC, doing business as Shameless Money ("Shameless Money," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the Shameless Money Hub at adhdmoneymap.com, also reachable at blueprints.shamelessmoney.com, including our quizzes, email programs, and the ADHD.MoneyMap experience, formerly sold as the Unbudget Blueprint (together, the "Service").

    Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Service or buying any offer, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    1. Who can use the Service

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

    2. The Service

    Shameless Money helps you build a calmer, more confident relationship with money. The Service includes:

    • Quizzes and emails. Free quizzes that suggest a starting point, along with optional follow-up email sequences based on your answers.
    • The ADHD.MoneyMap. A paid, artificial-intelligence-assisted experience. You share information about your finances and goals through a guided conversation, and we generate a personalized ADHD.MoneyMap and related materials for you.

    We may add, change, or remove features over time.

    3. Important: this is coaching and education, not financial advice

    Please read this section carefully, because it matters.

    • Shameless Money provides financial coaching, education, and self-help tools. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice, and we are not your financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.
    • Your ADHD.MoneyMap and other materials are general educational tools based on the information you provide. They are not a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, and we do not sell financial products or earn commissions on them.
    • You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Before acting on anything in your ADHD.MoneyMap, consider your full situation and consult a licensed financial, tax, or legal professional where appropriate.
    • We do not guarantee any particular financial result or outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

    4. Artificial intelligence and your ADHD.MoneyMap

    The ADHD.MoneyMap is created with the help of artificial intelligence. By using it, you understand and agree that:

    • The conversation and your ADHD.MoneyMap are generated in part by AI, which can produce information that is incomplete or inaccurate.
    • You should review your ADHD.MoneyMap and use your own judgment before relying on it.
    • The information you provide is sent to our AI and document providers to generate your ADHD.MoneyMap, as described in our Privacy Policy.

    5. Accounts and access

    Some parts of the Service ask you to verify your email, for example through a one-time code, to access your Blueprint or ADHD.MoneyMap. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that happens through your access. Please tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

    6. Purchases, pricing, and payment

    • Pricing. Prices for the ADHD.MoneyMap and other offers are shown at the point of purchase. We may change prices at any time, and changes will not affect purchases you have already made.
    • Payment. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Some purchases may take place on our main website at shamelessmoney.com.
    • Entitlements and usage. Some offers include a set number of uses or revisions, for example an initial ADHD.MoneyMap plus a revision, with the option to purchase more. The details that apply to your purchase are shown at checkout.
    • Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected by us.

    7. Refunds and cancellation

    We want you to be happy with the Service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us at david@shamelessmoney.com and we will work with you in good faith to make it right. Because the ADHD.MoneyMap and its related materials are digital products that are generated and delivered to you, please reach out promptly with your request and the details of your purchase.

    8. Acceptable use

    When you use the Service, you agree not to:

    • Use it for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
    • Provide information that you do not have the right to share, or that is false or misleading in a way that could harm others.
    • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or try to get around its security or usage limits.
    • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or its content, except as allowed by law.
    • Use the Service to build or train a competing product.

    9. Your content and the rights you give us

    You keep ownership of the information and answers you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content as needed to operate the Service and create your deliverables, including sharing it with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share Your Content with us.

    10. Our intellectual property

    The Service, including the Shameless Money and Unbudget brands, the ADHD.MoneyMap™ system, our quizzes, content, software, and design, is owned by Wired Different Labs LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use your ADHD.MoneyMap and other deliverables for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute them.

    11. Third-party services

    The Service relies on third-party services, and may link to third-party websites such as shamelessmoney.com. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.

    12. Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content, including AI-generated content, will be accurate or complete. Please also see Section 3.

    13. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wired Different Labs LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

    Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

    14. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wired Different Labs LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

    15. Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at david@shamelessmoney.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

    16. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

    17. Termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15.

    18. Other terms

    • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
    • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
    • We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign them without our consent.
    • Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it.
    • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
